1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of stays in Oenosuite suites and the sale of gift cards on the website oenosuite.fr, between OENOSUITE (SIREN 939 774 592, registered office: 31 rue Diderot, 21000 Dijon) and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase.
2. Services offered
OENOSUITE offers furnished tourist rentals (suites) located in Dijon, as well as gift cards that can be used towards a stay or experience offered by Oenosuite.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. OENOSUITE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price appearing on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable.
4. Bookings
Bookings are made via the integrated reservation system (Smoobu) or via partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com). Direct bookings on oenosuite.fr benefit from preferential conditions.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. Stays are payable in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
6. Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy depends on the length of the stay:
- Stays of 1 to 7 nights: free cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date. After this period, the stay is non-refundable.
- Stays of 8 nights or more: free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, the stay is non-refundable.
Outside of these deadlines, no refund will be granted.
7. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used for any stay or experience offered by Oenosuite. Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another beneficiary. The unused balance is not returned in cash.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or period. Gift cards, however, benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided they have not been used.
9. Liability
OENOSUITE cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to force majeure, the fault of the customer or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
10. Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may, in the event of a dispute, contact the consumer mediator:

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, the courts of Dijon shall have sole jurisdiction.
