Oenosuite : The first wine accommodation in Dijon

It started with a frustration. During our travels, with my wife, we kept noticing the same thing: holiday rentals were comfortable, sure, but rarely memorable. Generic decor, zero personality, nothing that would make you say "I need to come back here." One evening over a glass of Burgundy, we said to each other: why not create the place we'd always dreamed of finding?

I'm Simon, product manager in tech. My job is designing experiences. So I approached our first apartment the same way I'd build a product: who are our guests? What do they want to feel? What would make them remember this trip forever? The answer was obvious, wine. We're from Dijon, the world capital of wine. It was right under our noses.

With my wife, we designed everything together: the connected cellar, the wine escape game, the blind tastings, the partnerships with local winemakers. Each detail was thought through so that even someone who knows nothing about wine leaves with stars in their eyes, and a few new favourite bottles.

Today, the success has been immediate: 120+ reviews, a 4.94/5 rating, an article in Le Point, and the Vignobles & Découvertes label from the Ministry of Tourism. We're already developing new wine-themed accommodations in Burgundy and opening the door to franchise candidates who share our vision.

Oenosuite's mission is to democratise wine tourism by offering a unique immersive experience accessible to both wine enthusiasts and curious beginners. Each feature, from the Jalunia connected cellar to the wine escape game, is designed to add value to the stay and create unforgettable moments.
